I want to share some of these experiences with you. To me, one of the greatest sources of joy for me is writing poetry. It releases my soul and allows me to express beauty, sadness and what to me is the essence of living; being connected to others.

Live well,

I have mentioned a couple of times that I try to have at least one meaningful conversation with someone every day. The other day I was privileged to have just such a conversation.
His name is Aleks and he is a Sales Manager. I have trained and mentored him for a while now and we have [...]

This weekend we had Super Sunday. The cricket was on between Australia and India, the soccer grand final was next door between Newcastle Jets and Central Coast Mariners. Both venues were packed and the TV audience would have been in the millions. Have you ever wondered why we have such a fascination for sport? I [...]

Have you ever had that perfect day? A day when it all flowed, people were all good natured, everything you touched just turned to gold? I had one of those days on Saturday.
Weekends are normally very busy and this weekend was no different. Early Saturday morning I have a martial arts class which is both [...]
