Now that the festive season is upon us it is time to turn our thoughts to our loved ones. Time to reflect on those things in our lives that are really important. Time to renew and refresh our relationships, both close and casual.
What do you think is the single most important gift you could give to someone you care about? I mean the MOST important.
I’ll tell you. It is YOU. You, your time, your attention, your love and concern. You see, the most important aspect of anyone’s life is to be loved. Without love life is grey, has less meaning.
This Christmas, no matter what your faith, or even if you don’t follow any established religion, take the time to let those you care about know you care and that they are in your thoughts, even if you cannot be with them physically.
Time after Christmas to make all those plans for improvement in your life, to follow your dreams. I’ll write about that soon. But for now, just love those who love you.
